Responsible to lead development and execution of Local operational plan for the defined Therapeutics Area (TA)/brands in alignment with Regional brand strategies, with a focus on maximising customer engagement and execution excellence to drive sales growth and market share gain.
Ensure cross business/function alignment with Medical Affairs and Sales and regular inputs/feedback to Regional PM Marketing Head and TA/brand teams.
Provide Local inputs into the development of Regional brand strategies.
Lead, manage and develop direct reports within the TA in the Locals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutics, others related
Minimum 6-10 years experienc in marketing and sales role, with minimum 3 years leadership experience
Good people management
Highly developed communication skills both written and spoken, Bahasa & English with the ability to convince and engage at all levels both internally and externally
Ability to multi-task - organise, plan and solve problems effectively
Strong business acumen, coupled with good balance of strategic, analytical thinking and operational rigor & planning ability
