Responsibilities

Responsible to lead, coach, and control the sales forces to perform the marketing activities in order to achieve sales target in line with the company policies.

Qualifications
  1. Experienced in other pharmaceutical companies, with 3 – 5 years as Field Force
  2. Bachelor degree with any sciences background
  3. Strong team leadership & people management​
  4. Ability to coach and develop the sales staff in term of territorial knowledge and customer relationship​
  5. Ability to analyze and implement sales effectiveness ​
  6. Self-motivated, analytical and good problem solving​
  7. Have a good computer, internet literacyable
  8. Fluent in English both spoken and written
